This past week we made a big batch of pulled BBQ chicken in the pressure cooker. It was quick, it was easy, it was fantastic. We ate it on brioche slider buns with coleslaw. I know what you’re thinking: well, where is it? This is pizza, not sliders. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a single picture. The good news is we had a lot left over. So much left over, in fact, that we had to do something new. I present to you, BBQ Chicken Pizza.
