Fish tacos. One of my most favorite meals to eat. And to cook. Seriously, it’s so easy. It always looks much more difficult to make than it actually is, which I love. This meal only takes about 20 minutes from oven to table, so let’s get started.
Salmon is one of my most favorite fish to eat. That being said, it’s also on the pricey side so we don’t make it very often. When we do, we do it simply, letting the wonderful flavor of the salmon shine. We season it with salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder, sear it in a cast iron pan on the stove, and pop it in the oven to finish off. Perfection. Every. Time.
