These bars, you guys. I wish I had a camera to do them justice. They’re my new favorite thing. Peanut butter? I’m there. Dates? Fantastic! Both together? Its a food dream team I never before considered. Packed with fiber and protein they make a quick breakfast or healthy snack. Salty and sweet, they’re a definite crowd pleaser.
What is there to say about granola? Its awesome, healthy, crunchy, and goes perfectly in a parfait. I’m a big fan of parfaits.
Yup. You are 3 minutes away from having a bowl of delicious guacamole sitting in front of you. On your chips. In your taco. On your burger. My kids eat it with a spoon if I let them. Whatever transportation vessel you chose, you need this guac in your mouth. This is the recipe I use when I need guac in a hurry. Like, oh no, I just pulled the nachos out of the oven and forgot to make the guacamole. Not even a problem, man.
This one comes from my husband, who hates (and I mean hates) the term ‘cowboy caviar’, but loves to make and eat it. I have to admit, I’m not too fond of it myself. The name, that is. But what else do you call the iconic chip dip made up of beans and corn? This recipe is a little bit pico de gallo, a little bit bean salad, but all good. And apparently cowboys think it’s something fancy.
